  1. Charlotte

    Fantastic 2-day hike!
We were two girls and we chose to do a 2-day hike with Nature Escapade , and it was absolutely wonderful.
We were welcomed by the managers, especially Benoît, who took the time to explain the route, the local flora and fauna, tell us about the otters and herons, and cover the safety measures, all in a very relaxed atmosphere!
We were able to put our day and camping gear in the plastic barrels they lent us: a large 55-liter one at the back and a smaller one to keep our phone, sunscreen, etc., close at hand.
All the staff were really friendly and ready to help. There are tables and chairs on site, as well as restrooms and changing rooms if needed.
There are different campsites along the route depending on the length and distance of the hikes, and the staff will, of course, tell you everything you need to know to prepare properly!
The hike went very well, the scenery was magnificent, the river was crystal clear, and we didn't hesitate to swim regularly.
The flow was a little lower due to the dam releases, but that didn't stop us from having a great time! There were rapids and dam crossings to spice up the route.
I highly recommend the hikes with Nature Escapade; I'll gladly go back.
