Tour in class 2 the first day then class 1 the other four days.

About 3h30 of paddling daily, days 1, 3, 4 and 5 without counting the breaks; 4h30 on day 2.

Overnight at Camping Les Iles at Beaulieu, Camping Les Granges at Vayrac, Camping Les Borgnes at Saint-Sozy and d Camping Les Ondines at Souillac on the riversides of the Dordogne.

Trek accessible to everyone, punctuated by many cliffs, typical villages and small castles. A few more athletic parts between Argentat and Beaulieu, 2 canoe sliders…

Passage at Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne, at the village Carennac, listed “plus beaux villages de France”, at the foot of the belvedere of Copeyre, village and cliffs of Gluges and the village of Creysse, passage at the foot of the château de Belcastel with the grottos of Lacave, also the châteaux de La Treyne and Lanzac.

Superb trek combining the wild side of the upper stream of the Dordogne river (Corrèze) and the architecture and landscapes typical of the Lot area.

At Beaulieu: camping, hotels, restaurants and grocery shop to refuel.
At Vayrac: no hotel and village at 2 km from the Dordogne river.
At Saint-Sozy: camping, hotel, grocery shop and restaurants.
At Souillac: all shops and accommodations

Practical information and advice:

Know how to swim is mandatory.
Minimum age for children: 6 years old
Camping equipment not provided
One container per boat included in the price.
Additional container: 2€ per day and per container.
Return shuttle included in the price
Parking at Vayrac is private, free with no surveillance

Price and payment options:

120€ per adult in a 2 or 3 seat canoe
90€ per child, under 12 years old, in a 2 or 3 seat canoe
135€ in a one-seat kayak.

This price includes the rental of canoe-kayaks for 5 days, with paddles, life jackets, a container per boat, the return shuttle by bus Saint-Julien-de-Lampon to Vayrac.

Overnight at an additional charge.

Equipment

  • Canoe Old Town Penobscot if you decide to board with your own camping equipment in the canoe.
  • 2/3 seats Kayak, Tribal type, unsinkable and self-draining if you chose the luggage transport option.
  • One-seat Kayak Tango, brand Rotomod, unsinkable and self-draining.
